A reminder: A physical and immunization records are required for students:
1. Entering kindergarten or the first grade;
2. Entering the sixth and ninth grades; and
3. Enrolling in an Illinois school for the first time, regardless of the student’s grade.
This is a reminder that registration for Shelbyville CUSD #4 will take place on August 1st from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM and on August 2nd from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Registration for all schools will take place in the high school gym.
