Kindergarten Teacher, Mrs. Brooke Hammond, represented Shelbyville @ KIDS Focus Group w/ the Illinois State Board of Education ( ISBE) @ ROE 51 in Springfield Friday, January 31 as ISBE sought input regarding implementation of state-wide KIDS Assessment.

Shelbyville's own 3rd Grade Student-Leaders addressed (Kindergarten - 3rd Grade) peers regarding "Leveling UP." There are a few basic principles & strategies to ensure more success for individuals & the TEAM: positive mindset, thinking "then what?", being proactive, etc...
